Aniblogtourney Round 2

So yeah apparently SiG passed the first round of the tourney and it left me bruised and battered. From people calling my site and my opinions shitty (uh is that suppose to be constructive criticism?) and pointed out that I don’t usually post much (ouch that’s true)…..now I know why this tourney have left many scars to the previous participants.

I really appreciate people’s comments, suggestions and feedbacks specially Metanorn’s coverage on my round that kept my spirits up and inspiring me to write more and to MotsuCQ’s suggestions (I’ve followed your advice…thank you!). Yes, yes, I’m trying to post something at least once a week (its really tough darn but I’m doing my best promise!). It was a close fight with Anime Strip since SiG only won by 5 votes and I really think Shizuo is more deserving to win since he/she updates more frequently but I’d be lying if I’ll say I’m not happy that I won :P.

Anyway, I’d like to thank the people who voted SiG and to my close friends that I forced to vote (haha!) and I apologize for the trouble <(_ _)>.

And the battle continues in the second round and I expect I’ll finally be butchered so I’m not keeping my hopes up that I’ll win (Eye Sedso’s site is WAY more popular than mine). Well, I at least I had fun (wwwwww why do I sound like I’m saying goodbye already my match is not done yet damn it!).

“Would you form a contract with me?”

I guess its time to form a contract with Kyuubey if I want to win this time (wwwwww I wonder what’ll be my wish magic? Unlimited blog works?). FFFF--- Kyuubey you rat..offering me a very tempting wish darn it (if I won round 2 that means I’m already a mahou shoujo and accepted Kyuubey’s contract).

So if you guys like the content of SiG I’d ask you again to vote for me on the Round 2 match tonight!

Aniblogtourney & Blog status

Almost forgot to post that SIG is also participating in the tourney.

So what am I talking about? To those have been a hermit these past few months, Aniblogtourney is an Anime Blog Tournament (duh..) where qualified blogs goes head on head with other blogs to determine who’s blog is the best among the rest (according to voters). Well I’m very confident that I’ll get trampled on the first round not only because I don’t post that often but because I think my writing style still needs some improvement. I still want to participate despite my blogs’ flaws because through this tourney I could get some feedbacks and ideas on how I could further improve my blog. Oh and if you guys want to explore old and new blogs out just go the tourney site and participate by voting for the blogs you think are worthy to advance in the next round. SIG will be competing on April 27, 2012 so be sure to vote for SIG if you like the content. Btw I’m on the yellow bracket.

Oh I almost forgot…vote for Anime Anthology too like right now….

Man, the timing of the tourney is not really favorable for me since April is also the start of my internship and I’m even assigned in a very toxic hospital that left me with only 2 hours of sleep daily and an unlimited amount of paper works…I am oh so drained every week and it will last for 2mos O__O (Oh God…help). My only time for anime watching is saturday night and no time for aniblogging so that’s the reason I haven’t been posting anything recently. If only this tournament started the previous year then maybe I might have stand a chance since during this time its my summer break and there’s plenty of time for blogging. Oh I will be posting my reviews for the winter season just wait for it but I’ll probably post my first impressions first for the spring shows I’ve watched. It will probably more shorter than my previous first impressions since as I lurk in the tourney seems like aniblog readers likes short and concise posts. I’ll try that approach and see how it’ll turn out.

Now gotta go get some zzzzZZs since I’ll be staying up again later tonight for those F-ing paper works. I’m already counting down btw only one more month and I’m out of that hospital. Hopefully my next rotation won’t be as toxic as my current rotation so that I could get back on blogging. (￣◇￣;)

Man I’d be really happy to get at least 6 hrs of sleep…
